I'm debating. I actually am within my 30 day window of having bought a Black iPhone 4 (had to switch corporate phone line to personal liable plan). No way I would pay money just to switch colors, but I always wanted a white iPhone. I think I'll mosey to AT&T, see how it looks, and if I like it and AT&T will swap, I'll get it.
I really like the black iPhone as well, so either way I'm happy.

One thing to note is that this is 12PB of RAW storage. Raid it, add in hot-spares, take into account formatting, and you got yourself 8ish max usable.

No, it's just principle. Some people just need to be "removed" from the world. It's as simple as that. Like if you rape a baby for example, i think you pretty much just stripped yourself of your right to be alive. Euthanize them like a dog, why not? And also, you don't know if some judge 50 years in the future will release them for good behavior and so they can "die in peace".

It's as if not a single person has taken a look at the FCP timeline for the last eight years. The last four releases have all been almost exactly two years apart from each other. FCS3 came out in 2009 and that means two years later in 2011 we will see the next iteration. You don't need a divining rod to figure out where the next version is. Pretty simple really.
As to edit systems, the beauty of the advancements that Apple, Adobe, Avid and to some extent Sony have made means that editors are no longer locked in to one system. I have premiere loaded on my system right alongside FCP. I would still estimate that there are many more FCP installs in use than Avid.

I think "1" gig is more than enough.

Obviously you have difficulty dealing with people that disagree with you.
Once again, I am not siding with the seller. His selling privileges will be rightfully revoked. He clearly violated eBay's terms of service.
But he doesn't belong in jail....at least not for this offense.

Good point... I hadn't considered the battery time. By this time next year, the memory chips will definitely be a lot cheaper so 2G (or more) will be easily do-able in something as small as the Shuffle for a decent price. Hopefully the battery life can be improved as well. Not much use being able to store 36 hours of music and not being able to listen to it.
Oh, great, now we've got someone referring to '2G' as 2 gigabytes. The confusion is just going to grow!!!

Agreed, .mac had a solid, sensible, identifiable connotation. I wasn't a mac guy at the time, but it whenever I'd see it, conveyed that Apple was providing a decent service package for it's users. "me" just seemed needlessly self-absorbed, and conveys nothing useful. "Castle" sounds like somebody in marketing trying hard to be clever.
I wish they'd simplify, combine & condense all these services, give all their iTunes and new hardware customers an account, and give at least one or two services away free to get people using it in some capacity. ...find my iPhone/iPad, or contact/cal/limited storage push syncing... But just go back to calling the whole package ".mac" again. Clean, short, clear, promotes the brand without being obnoxious.
