My parents came on Jan 10th on Luft from Bangalore and they did not need a transit visa. I hear that the only time you may need a transit visa is when you are traveling to India on an expired US Visa. Even over this there is confusion.

If the GC is approved prior to your marriage and if your spouse is here, you are golden. You simply apply for I-485 (family based). If your spouse is not in USand you have GC, you will need to file for follow to join visa and it will take some time (I dunno how many years).
i think you didn't get me,here is my question , if a person got married after applying i-485 and not able include his wife due to PD current date issue before his GC got approved, is there any way to get out from this situation , please let me know you one

So did you answer the RFE ? ....
Off course I did.. It was simple RFE for TB test. I just got it done and replied. Didn't take Attorney's help on this.

I have recevied I-140 RFE on all of the above u mentioned 1,2,3. i have 3 years degree.Labour doesnt match with edu.i am hpoing to get reject :).thats what attorney saying.
Why are you HOPING to get rejected ? :D
But if you expect to get rejected, you should get a new case ready and file as soon as you know for sure that the first one ha been rejected.

on the back layer, use gaussian blur, then erase, getting a sharper than background coloured bit.
add some saturation....

I understand two I-140s, one existing (EB-3) and second new I-140 (EB2), but you have also mentioned more. Why need more than two, in what circumstances?
Example -
PD Jan 2002 EB-3 I-140 (Job Title: Senior Programmer)
Filed new I-140 on March 2004 for EB-2 I-140 (Job Title: Project Manager) and claimed earlier PD of Jan 2002
Filed new I-140 on Feb 2009 for EB-1 I-140 (Job Title: Director Software Division) and claimed earlier PD of Jan 2002
Beneficiary can claim PD of Jan 2002 with his EB-1 I-140.

You guys deserve it after waiting for so long. The only way to check if the case has been adjudicated or not is to keep checking the LUDS, if it changes see what the status says. After being patient for so many years, if you are feeling a little impatient now call USCIS and check the status.
I am fairly new to this community and not familiar with acronyms.
Can someone kindly explain what LUD is ?
My PD is now current as well and want to find out how to track my case.

Pixel Stretching and Liquifying are 2 different things. Liquifying is cool though, you can also come up with some good creations with that.

Hi. I am still unmarried. But i applied for my I-485 when it was current last month . My priority date iss Nov2004 in EB2. Currently it is April2004. I might not be able to get married till May2008. Would i be getting GC by then or is there chances of getting delayed. Please let me know
Also, is there any way that i can keep postponing my application to be processed till i get married ? I filed in Augst 13th and still didnt get my receipt. Also my I-140 is in process in TSC.
