Are you just trying to get people to click somewhere so that it generates ads revenue for you. The links you provided only open up windows that shows ads. I think you are a thug because don't have correct profile here, at the same time you are using some other webiste to track your GC to generate revenue for someone else, and now you are trying to lure people to visit that site. I think your are phony because your ways are suspicious. I will not do what you are saying.

I received an RFE on my H1-B application this year with the following questions. My H1-B sponsorer is currently discussing with the attorneys to better handle this situation. I would appreciate if someone can respond me how to handle this scenario properly.
Following are the context from the RFE document.

Y ur company provides IT Consulting services. The record does not establish where, when, or for whom the beneficiary will work. This kind of H1 RFE is common this year. Employer needs to send the end-client letter for RFE.

I have about 3 months left on H1b. From your post, it seems that I shud file for extension ASAP and if layoff happens...transfer H1..
Did I interpret you correctly?
When you apply for H1 transfer..they transfer the current H1.
If you have more than 6 months on ur H1 you cannot apply for extension..
when you file for transfer.
So better option would be:
a.) Transfer H1...and then file for extension.
b.) Or file for extension and then change jobs...
if you havent filed for 485.. then you have to restart the GC..and recapture your PD.... i used the option B.

Totally agree. Motorola does not have a mailing list. They depend on their company attorney for information. I cannot get them appraised of IV (or may be they know, visit the forums and do not care). Maybe it may be worthwhile to post something in the offices of the apartment complex(es), provided they agree to it.

First of all congrats!
My understanding is that as long as the new job/title falls in the SAME O*NET code(lower right corner of your labor appplication), it is considered SAME/SIMILAR job and hence OK. e.g. O*NEt code for Computer Programmers is 15-1021

The good news is that YOU think that the new job duties are 50% different, which may not be the case as per AC21. That happened to one of friends, his old job was at a bank and his labor had a lot banking related words, then he joined a CISCO which is defiintely not a bank so new job duties were 70-80 different (if you compare word to word), so he was worried, but his lawyer said "you were a DBA (15-1061) and you are still a DBA, so it is a SAME or SIMILAR job". He got the GC last year.
Also how would USCIS know that you have been promoted? since you are not changing employer, you are not using AC21 and does not have to inform USCIS about this change. So technically you could be promoted every year still have no effect on green card (unless you get an RFE and USCIS asks for a emmployment letter, pay stub etc, which will show a change in title).

I agree that the DC rally is a critical event but I think I am loosing interest in this online forum. I guess the forum moderators may be busy with organizing the DC event. With all this amendments going on with the Immigration bill and election round the corner I wish the immigration bill does not pass through since I don't wanna see a compromise kinda of bill, which may or may not screw us.
I don't see anything wrong with the current immigration scenario except delay, if you wanna immigrate then be patience else go back from where we came from, India is not bad.
Just to remind you all who read this message I am pro immigration but will not deal with a compromised bill..................... and I am with my I140 stage.

Canada option though attractive has his own problems and I mean serious problems!. When you apply for stamping, consulate will first cancel your existing visa so if your H1B is denied you have to go to your home country from Canada!

If I apply F1 (Student Visa) now...it will take another 45 days to get F1 approval from INS.
So....what happens to her status? Is she valid to stay until she gets F1 approval notice?

If this is not possible i suggest you file a change of status to B-2 and then you can decide what needs to be done, this will give you some breathing room.

My attorney and my employer has different address. My attorney received the approval notice on 5/14/ when it was approved on 5/8. Then since 5/22, USCIS's online status showed some "New document" have been sent to the "address they have on file" on 5/22. It could be they sent another approval notice to my employer or could be they sent something else. So far neither my attorney nor my employer received anything from USCIS yet since 5/22.

DO they tell you to reschedule the appointment or just ask you to come with FP notice by doing walk-in after it heals. Also do they put a note in their system that you could not give the FP because of so and so reason. Also anyone knows what Boston ASC does , whether they permit walk-ins during the week.
You said you went after a month, so I assume that they must have noted that you did appear for the FP but could not do it.

Yep..they just noted that I came for the initial appointment and asked to come after my finger heals..i had surgery on the finger and went back after the finger healed

2) If I change the employer and If I transfer my H1, Will I get 3 years on my H1 based on 140 approval?
Yes - gc is a future job offer - ur previous 140 can be used for h1 status extensions
3) After switching to new employer, if I start the GC process all over again, can I keep my old priority date?
Yes - once u have an approved 140 ur pd can be ported to any new gc applications
4) I heard Gc process should be filed before expiry of 5th yr on H1 b, if i change my employer can i file for GC process in 6th yr and get furthur extension ?
