Seems like a good tool.. But couldn't sort out by Nationality or country of chargeability.. The EB1/EB2 category works fine.. Not sure if its tracker issue.. or I am doing something wrong.. or missing any info in my tracker details...

Most likely my company revoked H1. Until this email came I was confident I could travel without worries of 485 getting touched/denied when I was in India.(I am planning to reenter using AP).
I currently have found a similar job but havent filed AC21 papers yet. I am now hesitating to travel as something happens to my 485 when I am out of the country there is not much that can be done.
So with
a) H1 Revoked aug 28th
b) Address changed
c) AC21 not filed
I am thinking of not travelling. Am I overreacting here ?
You mentioned emergency in your post. If there is a medical issue regarding a near-dear family member or a really important event (may be immediate family members wedding) then you should go. These are more important things in life. Believe it or not when you look back that this in future you will regret the decision of not going if its truely an emergency.
Most likely nothing will happen. Just take the offer letter with you from the new company descibing that your new job duties are similar to old one and also take copy of AC21 law.

SKIL Act says NON US advance degree holders should have 3 year experience before filing immigrant petition. Is this experience before filing LABOR or before filing I-485. My LABOR and I-140 is approved and I have NON US Masters degree but did not had 3 years of US experience before filing LABOR.
Now I have more than 5 years of US experience, will I fall into this category when I file I-485.

I take my words back. I did not posted any Indians Pic with President and I Have respect for Indians who reached to this level and can feel the pain of a fellow immigrants. Unfortunatey people like them dont even think they are INdian anymore. thats why I dont see any reason why try to feel happy for them because they just have Indian name.

485 and FP will have same receipt number, you should get 3 recipt numbers for each (485, AP and EAD) ..
We have
1 LIN Receipt number for 485 (and FP)
2 LIN Receipt numbers for EAD
2 LIN Receipt numbers for AP
total of - 5 receipt numbers.

sorry i forgot to say the date... The approval was on April 27th, and today May 05th I haven't got either the letter or the card.

One of the posts said that this was for folks on 6th yr and who have PERM in process (Audit in atlanta/chicago). I do fall into this category but this notice (http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/premiumproc_factsheet_i140_061108.pdf) still confuses/concerns me.
My H1-B expires in 31 Dec'08. The way I understand this bulletin is that Nov 1st 2008, I can file for PPS. But if I get an answer by Nov 20, wouldn't that mean only 40 days to get my H1 extended for another 3 yrs. Too close and I guess my H1-extension should also be PPS. Considering holidays it would be so close to get things in place but $2000 for USCIS.
Let me know what you guys think of this.

My current project is finishing end of this month (Nov) and am not sure if my company will engage me in another project, I work with a offshore model company. If I dont get another project they provide two options work from India or find another company.
I filed for 485 on Jul 19. Got my EAD, 485 receipts, AP is pending. I-140 filed on Feb 28th 2007 at Nebraska and pending.
What are the risks if I move at this time. Company may not revoke I-140, but may not respond to RFE. If I take two months leave .. to buy time and come back (My current H1 stamp in passport expired), can I expect the I-140 to be approved by that time, Or can I apply for a new I140 through the new company and continue the GC processing. Iam in a dillemma as to what will happen as I have only 2 months and odd days left to invoke AC21 and USCIS is currently processing I-140 Nov15 cases as of the last update and mine is Feb'07. Current Status: REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE SENT, CASE PLACED ON HOLD
On May 20, 2009, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified by mail. My last year parole expired on May 3rd 2009.
What type of evidence can they ask for a travel permit?
