Talked to an io at neb sc.within 5 sec of me starting to talk the ffice interuppted and she apologosed for doing that and said because of huge vol of appli there is a delay in the receipt notice.i SAID I AM july 2 nd filer and she said it might be in the first week of aug..(i had said the same thing in my earlier post too after i spoke toa diff officer)..She asked to keep checking the check clearnace.

1. Did you opened any SR in TSC around 10/14 or 10/15, We have a group of people who had the same problem in TSC during those days. all the letters replied by the same agent.
2. Find out from attorney if he charges any fee for this. If so please don't go with him.
take an info pass and find out the details.
This is the best way to find out. (As i told you the group of people got the same response, most of them took info pass and found that nothing wrong in their case)

Meaning, a I-140 petition needs to be filed within 60 days from labor approval date....If immigrant visa numbers are unavailable (dates retrogressed), you wont be able to file your I-140/I-485 concurrently but you can file your I-140 petition irrespective of your priority date as long as you have a labor approved. You dont have to apply for your labor again and again....Its just that, once you get your I-140 approved, you will have to wait for dates to become current to file I-485...

We have shown the CA (Chartered Accountncy) equivalent to both a US bachelor's degree and a US Masters degree with an expert opinion letter. As far as I know they have all been approved. We have detailed research and we suggest the attorney cite it in the brief as well because that makes the case even stronger than just citing it in an evaluation or expert opinion letter.

1.In general private insurance does not cover maternity benefits. But private insurance holders are eligible for negotiated price.
In general negotiated price are around 50-70% less than the actual price.
2. Choose doctors from your network. eg: many anesthesia doctors are out of network.
3.Complications will be covered by your insurance. So do not worry about this.
4.Take a payment plan from hospital.

About point 4, I am trying to find a hospital that would provide a payment plan in Dallas area.

I guess since no one wants to do anything about their situation - we can all sit back and wait for another 4-5 years and hope that we get a green card at that time since that is the amount of time it is going to take most of us if nothing was to change in the current process.
