If the position you were applying for was full-time that could be a HUGE factor. Because how many high-school students can work from 3pm - 12am and then be able to go back to work at 10am. If it was part time maybe they felt some other applicants had a stronger resume or they may have felt they want someone with more experience. You never truly no unless you ask a manager who interviewed you.
Yea I never thought about the hours but just about every store closes around 10:00 and I was able to work from 4:00-9:00 after school. It was not an interview but a seminar (but I guess your right).... Does anyone know how to get my application seen by the store manager?? I talked to the store manager in the Garden State Plaza NJ and she said that the corporate office in CA took care of all the applications and she will never see the application until it gets screened through.
Does anyone know someone who knows someone?? =P

Drupal for me as well. We've created prototype web sites with all the bells and whistles (points, badges, rules, social media, forums, inbox, etc.) in next to no time. We were also able to create custom modules that tied into very regimented systems.
I haven't had a chance to look at 7 yet.

Try SafariSpeed (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/24331) to reduce the time it takes to load pages. It's free, and you'll likely notice a vast improvement.

I've tweaked Camino some so it works better, and since they seem pretty much the same except for some differences in appearance, I'll probably play around with them for a while and decide.

I have a 1TB WD Caviar Black drive as an external and I'm glad they put in the Seagate in mine.
My Caviar Black is fast, but it's a lot of clicking and seeking.
I also have a Caviar Green and a Caviar Blue, the green being my favorite as it's pretty silent.
I can't hear my Seagate drive at all even when transferring documents at full tilt.
I have to say, I'm used to SSDs but I think I'll be OK with this drive until Lion is released and hopeful the Intel SSD 320s drop in price and I get the nerve up to open this baby up and do some surgery... :rolleyes:

Nope. A pillow (by definition I believe) is a cushion, which a MBP is not. I guess you can say it qualified as a support.
Nothings stopping you from putting your head on it. I'm sure it could take the load, but i would recommend just getting one of those heat pads.

I'm so surprised that no one is claiming that the white iPhone will be the next model released. Lots of rumors out there that the next version of the iPhone will not be a major release, but simply a specs upgrade. That seems to me the perfect time to "launch" the white iPhone.
I honestly don't see the big deal behind this. I prefer the black model anyways.

Well, if this is what microsoft's planning in 5 years, i'm anxiously awaiting what Apple will be doing :) i picture full-immersion 3D computer systems that are too abstract for us to imagine right now... every single part of our brain being used and interacting...
well maybe this is 10 or 15 years off... but i don't know, advances come in leaps and bounds...
