3. On her entry to USA apply for her I-485.

P.S: Even when you have used AC21, in hindsight you should have got H1B instead of using EAD.

To OP: Even if you moved to EAD you can come back to H1. If dates had not moved so much to make your PD current, what was your plan for your wife? B1/F1 is not a good idea (immigration intent is obvious, and it will catch up with you at some point most probably during 485 processing and could result in a rejection). It looks like H1-H4 is the best option if you two lovebirds want to be together.
If you do get approved early, then as someone else has said, use follow-to-join to bring her back here.
Also, using cruel in the thread title is uncalled for. The root cause of most of your problems here seems to be the decision to invoke AC-21 using EAD instead of using H1. Do you realize that this duplicate App is going to increase the turnaround from 90 to 120 days ?
Please put some thought man - USCIS clearly said that FEDEX/USPS signed receipt is acceptable proof for EAD/AP filing in one of the FAQ's so if its get rejected out of USCIS error you can refile later.

I think there are valid reasons for SOME of us to re-file but in general it should be avoided as much as possible. We are 20000 odd people here in TOTAL. That is about 7% The total number of applications received by USCIS (maybe 300000). So, while you are right there is no need to re-file just out of anxiety, I don't see how it will make any impact on the processing times.

Collecting contributions and spending them on political influence activities without making sure that all legal requirements are fulfilled is a dangerous endeavour. I hope you have everything set up the right way so you don't run afoul of the law (fixing retrogression is not going to do you any good if you are fighting a federal wire-fraud indictment at the time of your adjustment interview).

Lets take a step back and look at the income of the org till now. As we have displayed on the website, we have collected USD30,000.
Consider that there are 5 board of directors of this org. These guys are all well settled in their jobs and earn a decent living.....but hey here is $6K for each of them now :). Of course they will do a 'wire fraud' for this USD 6k after all this 6K will buy them a new house and a mercedes...right? Who cares about felony, 6K can change anyones life....wouldn't you hadron be willing to spend a year in prison for 6k? Sounds tempting right? Oh wait, but the amount is not really 6K since we have hired QGA. Dang, there goes the dream of owning a beach house with a mercedes!
To think of something like this is not just ludicrous, its downright insulting....instead of encouraging folks who have taken upon themselves to do something about it, you are hell bent on spreading malice and sowing seeds of doubt in everyone's mind! We very well know what we are doing and we are doing so in a 100% legal manner.
Forget about us, do you think a firm as reputed as QGA would want to associate themselves with an org like us if we were not legit? Think again! Some of the folks who had gone to DC (on personal expenses, mind you)to have a preliminary discussion with QGA actually met Mr. Jack Quinn who used to be a legal counsel to Bill Clinton...do you think he has time to meet crooks who don't know a word about law and are doing something illegal? I am exploring the possibility of making the Inter-filing. I have been speaking to some well known, street-smart attornies. One mentioned that the "Priority Date" is decided only upon approval of I-140. He also wrote that for keeping the earlier priority date, the 2nd I-140 application (new) should be filed along with copy of the approval of the first I-140.
In your case, it appears that you did not send the approval copy of the first I-140 along with 2nd I-140 application.
Probably, you can send the approval of EB-2 I-140 with earlier PD, along with I-485 receipt copy to the Service Center and ask them to allot the earlier PD. Please take the assistance of attorney for doing this.

Did you think of the possibility that maybe folks at IV want to keep the red dots system the way it is and there is nothing to be fixed? But just because you do not like it, be default you think that something is broken and so it has to be fixed, and, if this is not fixed that means you are not happy, the entire immigration system will continue to be screwed up. Hmmmm, you know, I think some elements of string theory is true that everything is connected in someway, but I am 100% sure that immigration system can be fixed without any change to the red dot system.
And if you think that you or your friends are losing "self-respect" when participating in any internet blogs/forum, and if you find anything offensive on the open internet forum, you are not cut-out for forums and blogs and you cannot help anyone, or, for that matter yourself. If your ego is so shallow that it hurts everytime someone writes anything on the open forum, in this situation, only 1 person needs help, that would be you.

Trust me. You would see an approval this month. Most of the people who got an LUD on their approved I-140 on 07/13/2008 are seeing their GC approved. Only uncertain people are those who hasn't seen any such light.

Reasons why you should do PMP
1) If you believe you need a promotion, new job or rise the corporate ladder within the field of IT or management, take PMP.....Billing rate of PM's is $90-150/hr for consulting, full time could be from $100K-$250K. The next generation CIO's will be highly qualified PM's.
2) Job security for PMP's. The only job that will not be outsourced to India or China is that of a project manager.
3) PMP will help you get the project manager job, if you do not have one. However, become a Project Manager only if you like working with people. Trust me, if you hate politics and hate managing people, it is better for you to stay a techie. Your life will be miserable if you do not like managing people. Do something that you enjoy, rather than what you may hate. It is all about people and people management, rather than project management in the world of PMP's
4) PMP has become mandatory for all large gigs or projects. Small projects do not need PMP's and small projects do not pay well too.

I agree that "It is an irony that most people here who raised valid concerns have "red" reputation". I don't know how it works. I know it doesn't matter but I just added +ve reputaton for ck_b2001 and Lisap.
Anyways, I think the moderators should not forget that this is an open forum also. And it has become popular because of people like us. As of now I am using this site as a forum where I get some info/experience from people like me regardng GC. Its an important thing (to get GC) and a painful process. May be thats why this site/forum has got so many serious members, spending time and sharing their so much personal information.
But to me (its just me), GC is important but not a life/death thing and there are lot of other things which are more important to me other than getting GC. Frankly speaking, I will spend time and money in those other things at this time. May be sometime later when I will be more comfotable and have more exp. with persons here, I might participate actively here too. And I believe lot of others might have similar thoughts.
My point here is that:
1. This is an open forum (like immigrationportal etc.) to discuss/share views/exp about GC process. So let it be like that only. If its not, then I will ask moderators to "please close this open forum".
2. IV is a very good cause, but all of us (affiliates to moderators) and moderators should try to explain this in any way they want but please NOT BE PUSHY, AND ABUSIVE.
3. In this way, who so ever wants more participation, let him/her come forward. But at the same time, if anybody is not convinced or don't want to participate, then let him to do that also. Why PUSH.
