Which is kind of hard on such a restricted and limited platform. There would be more useful software for the iPad if it ran a 'real' operating system like Mac OS X -- meaning full file system access and not being tied into ONE App Store with arbitrary rules for what a program is allowed to do.

Growl (http://growl.info) is a global notification system for Mac OS X. Any application can send a notification to Growl, which will display an attractive message on your screen.

Ahhhh.
I'm tempted to buy one just because of it's design/uniqueness and relatively low price.

....What I want to know is how exactly you expect businesses to grow jobs, expand operations, etc. in this type of situation. It seems fairly clear based on the facts that A) this wouldn't be near enough money to solve the problem B)that the end result in the long run will almost certainly be less growth, fewer jobs, and less government 'revenue' than before. Setup a Static IP address in your Xbox settings by going to network settings and switching to Manual rather than auto. Sounds awesome, but I'll still stick with Camino until Safari speeds up a bit and is more stable. Those were my only two issues.

jokes aside, I use it on my g4 mini and its fine, I'm sure camino is faster but I guess I got used to safari's feel

- SimplyTweet have more features then Tweetie 2.
- Pay for each updates.
- Not much has changed from the previous one.
- Still no push notification.
- Only fancy design nothing new and exiting.
You don't pay for updates, Tweetie 1 had 7 free updates. Updates within the 2.0 version number will also be free. Same as EVERY piece of software for the desktop.

For some reason when I save in Illustrator cs5 to my Flash drive it gives me an error saying there was an I/0 Problem and the disk was ejected. I have tried this on a few computers. There is no problem with the flash drive because I use it with other files no problem. Has anyone eles ran into this problem?

I'd disagree that designers should be making text areas 100% wide though. I've a 2560 wide screen. That'd be silly. Letting users on the other hand size it themselves and giving designers the tools to accommodate resizing is the way to go
At the same time, it's kinda silly to view most web pages at 2560 wide, even 1200+. At that point a paragraph is usually only one or two lines, forcing you to do quite a bit of tracking to read what you want. If you're comfortable viewing the text that way, why not edit it that way as well?

But it was treason. There is a good reason that was a capital offense. The scale of death and misery that can be dealt through effective treason is far greater than than even a spray of bullets. If you support capital punishment, you should be in favor of hanging a traitor.
Has he been officially charged with treason? I ask because I haven't seen the charge sheet, provided that it has been published.
Going off the constitutional definition of treason (Article 3, section 3 for those interested), I think the state is going to have a hard time making it stick. PFC Manning didn't make war on the US, nor did he turn the documents, which I'll grant could be construed as aiding, over to an enemy power. Unless, of course, we decided to declare war on Australia while I was napping.
A very long prison term spent making furniture seems more appropriate in this case.
For that matter, why not Madoff? The effects of his mischief harmed far more people than even Manning. Why should he be spared the chair?
